Paul Sehdeva is managing principal of PJX2 Development Group, a real estate acquisition, development, and property management firm.

PJX2 focuses on investing in and repositioning, under-managed and financially distressed multifamily residential properties in the greater Los Angeles area.

The active redevelopment aspect of our business allows us the relationships and resources to offer high-quality rental units that are well maintained.  We use personalized service and technology to maintain positive rapport with our residents. Strong customer satisfaction levels further enable us to operate at minimal vacancy rates and position our properties at a premium to market.

Prior to founding PJX2, Paul worked for 8 years in Investment Banking as a Vice President and Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Lehman Brothers, and a Financial Analyst in the Health Care Investment Banking group of Credit Suisse First Boston.

Paul graduated cum laude with college honors and highest departmental honors from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Science, and earned a Masters degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California.

Paul lives in Los Angeles with his wife and their three children.
